The King Promotes Prak David from Undersecretary of State to Secretary of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Phnom Penh: His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni has promoted Mr. Prak David from Undersecretary of State to Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Cambodia. At the same time, the King also appointed 11 senior diplomats at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Cambodia.

According to a Royal Decree issued on December 13, 2022, among the 11 senior diplomats at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs appointed by the King, seven were appointed Undersecretaries of State, which include Mr. An Sok Khoeun, Mr. Chay Navuth, Mr. Ouk Sophoan, Mr. Sim Virak, Mr. Ke Sovann, Mr. Chan Ratana, and Mr. Ath Seila.

Chhouk Bonna has been appointed Director General of the General Department of Europe, America, and Africa-Middle East. Mr. Cheuy Vichet has been appointed President of the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations. Mr. Yeap Samnang has been appointed as Director General of the ASEAN General Department. Mr. Tean Samnang has been appointed as the Director General of the Information, Research and Analysis Group.
